Course: 2014 Wintersession Painting from Observation

 

Each week of this course was assigned a sense; Sight, Touch, Taste, Smell and Auditory.

 

This still life of two grapefruits was painted for the week of Taste, inspired by the unique bitter-sweet tang of the fruit.
